Miguel Valasquez is the Foreman at Sparkle Palace Construction & Project Management, bringing over 16 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. As a skilled leader in the field, Miguel supervises crews, ensures projects stay on schedule, and maintains quality control on all job sites.  

Miguel’s specialties include electrical work, flooring, roofing, drywall installation, and general home improvement. Since joining Sparkle Palace in 2020, he has become a trusted pillar of the team, known for his leadership, work ethic, and ability to keep projects running smoothly and safely.  

Passionate about giving back, Miguel is deeply committed to mentoring and training migrant workers and individuals new to the construction field, helping them gain practical skills and build successful careers. His dedication to excellence and community upliftment mirrors Sparkle Palace’s mission to create opportunity through craftsmanship. Miguel is fluent in Spanish and plays a critical role in bridging language and cultural gaps on multilingual worksites, ensuring effective communication and teamwork across the board.
