Ishalena Moore is a powerhouse in construction, workforce development, and community transformation. As the Founder and President of Sparkle Palace Construction & Project Management, Ishalena has built more than structures—she’s built pathways to success for underserved communities across Chicago. With over 15 years of experience and deep roots in the industry dating back to her childhood, Ishalena leads with purpose, grit, and excellence. She is also the Co-Founder and President of Urban ROOTS Alliance (URA), a nonprofit focused on violence prevention, youth empowerment, and workforce readiness. Through URA, she has secured over $1.1 million in grant funding and helped launch multiple community-based programs with a 79% participant retention rate.
